Bachelor of Science in Education (Non-Licensure)

Liberty University’s Bachelor of Science in Education (Non-Licensure) program approaches the discipline of education from a Christian perspective to provide you with a firm foundation from which to understand educational development and behavior. You will gain insight into the development and influence of a Christian worldview in education, as well as study current educational trends practiced in today’s private and public schools.  While this program will not license you, you will learn the skills necessary to work in a Christian or public school, as well as effectively prepare for licensing programs at a Master’s level.

The blended degree format combines online study with on-campus study at Liberty University. This unique format allows you to complete some of your coursework from a distance, while also giving you the opportunity to study from our Lynchburg, Virginia campus, located in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Through the blended format, you get to experience the best of both worlds – the convenience of flexible, online education mixed with intensive study and face-to-face interaction with professors and fellow students on Liberty's campus.
